This Week’s Musings
This week’s subtitle “AI is creating your next job” was inspired by a headline I read on Product Hunt today about AI helping you find your next job. I’m inclined to go bigger and foresee a future with new roles being created where you leverage AI to do things not possible before. AI is going to be an amazing tool for those that invest and master it. For those that try to ignore it and refuse to engage with it, you are likely greatly limiting your future work opportunities.

Zillow’s new AI feature can talk to home shoppers like it’s a friend (HousingWire) - I can only hope that SNL does another parody skit about this new feature.
That real estate listing you just saw for your dream house may have been written by ChatGPT (BusinessInsider) - Like so many other roles, real estate agents have to evolve and figure out how to use AI in order to be successful as an agent for the long term.

California DMV puts car titles on Tezos blockchain, consumer applications on the way (Fortune) - The CA DMV a hub of web3 innovation? :exploding_head:
Colorado wants to use A.I. to fight wildfires before they blaze out of control (Fortune) - I applaud these efforts and hope more states invest in similar tech.
Jack in the Box applies artificial intelligence to site selection (ChainStoreAge) - I hope the result of this is Jack in the Box coming back and re-opening the location in Moraga that it closed down a couple of years ago.
