This Week’s Musings

The rollercoaster that was 2022 feels like a blur looking back over the last 12 months. Back in January many of us were once again living under quarantine conditions as Omnicron ripped through our communities. Then war exploded in Ukraine, crypto blew up (again and again and again), and at the end Messi and Argentina won the World Cup. A few other things happened along the way, too many to document here. I for one am thankful 2022 has come to an end and a new beginning lies ahead in 2023.

After spending the holidays reflecting on where it made sense to take REw3 in 2023, I’ve decided to expand the coverage of this newsletter to include real estate AI. AI and specifically generative AI, exploded at the end of 2023. It’s an obvious theme for the duration of 2023 that will have wide ranging impact on real estate. I’m excited to really dig into this area and share what I uncover.
