A trend this week (and I suspect for weeks going forward) is the uptick in the number of proptech companies announcing some form of AI integration into their offering. I listed a few in this newsletter, but stopped adding them before this newsletter became just a massive relisting of these announcements. We are smack in the middle of the I’m an AI company too era.
