This Week’s Musings
“The worst thing is people buy real estate in these spaces – that is the dumbest sh*t ever! It is super mega immaculately dumb….They call it ‘real estate,’ but it’s just a token for access” —Mark Cuban
Subtle as always, Cuban’s statement has been plastered everywhere this past week. Cuban knew this hyperbole would generate headlines and the media delivered. I don’t agree with every element of this statement, but given how things have panned out recently, it’s hard to argue with it. Time will tell if this statement ages well or if he needs to walk it back.
