This Week’s Musings
With long hours the last couple of days at Blueprint and IMN Build-to-Rent (BTR), this week’s post is shorter than normal. From these conferences, the consensus I hear loud and clear from new and old friends within proptech regarding web3 is one of deep skepticism. These trusted proptech practioners freely admit web3 is far off from being a priority topic for their customers. While no one is writing it off, no one is outwardly saying web3 will be a focus anytime soon.

So too are the governance standards that will protect your privacy, property—and perhaps most importantly—identity.”
